As we move into the next phase of reopening Hair & Body Devotion will no longer be requiring clients to wear masks in the salon as of March 21, 2022.
If you would like to remain masked, or would like your service provider to be masked, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Return Policy
Retail items containing at least 80% of the original product may be returned with proof of purchase (receipt) up to 14 days after the purchase was made.
A refund will be made in the form of store credit or an exchange for similarly priced items.
Sale items, accessories, hot tools, gift cards, and services are non-refundable.
If a client is unhappy with a service received at Hair Devotion, they must contact the salon within 48 hours from the service being performed. The client will be required to return to the salon within those 48 hours for their hair to be assessed. When you are in to have your hair assessed, we will reschedule you with the stylist who performed the initial service so they may make adjustments to your satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy
At Hair & Body Devotion, we understand that life happens and you may need to cancel or move your appointment around to fit your schedule. Given enough notice, we are more than happy to make those changes for you! In order to respect the time of both our guests and staff, we ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Appointments changed without proper notice will result in a fee of 25% of the scheduled service. This payment must be received prior to your next appointment.

No Show/Late Arrival Policy
Hair & Body Devotion offers confirmation calls/emails 48 hours in advance of your appointment. If a client does not show up to an appointment, they will be subject to a fee of 25% of their scheduled service. This payment must be received prior to their next appointment.
If a client is more than 10 minutes late for their appointment, we may have to reschedule for a later time/date depending on stylist availability.
